welcome to dodgeforum . spacer is worhtless since this engine is multi port injected, get rid of it. decent cam is going to cost some money, if you do the cam be safe and get some heads. look up clearwater heads on ebay. as far as the intake goes you need to replace the plenum with a hughes kit asap cause more than likely your plenum is blown. do a search on here for plenum fix. or if you have the money you might go for an airgap intake(also search this). As far as tuning goes email hemifever@aol.com and asking him about getting a SCT tune for your truck to get rid of the deathflash and wake up the 5.9. tune runs 275 for canned tunes or 375 for custom. as far as anything else wait on the others to chime in. Also, be prepared to spend some good money on the aforementioned, building a mopar motor is very expensive to do it right and even more expensive to half *** it.

you dont need the cam, but you will need to fix your plenum on the bottom of your intake mainfold, get a 180 degree stat and get the SCT tuner like stated above for you truck. Get also maybe a high flow cat and some 1.7 roller rockers. That should be enough to keep you happy for a while

those are the heads. as far as throttle bodies go you could get a bigger fastman but if you want some free mods that just cost time do a search on poormans TB. you can shave the airhats off the stock throttle body for better airflow. I wouldnt go to a 52 mm or bigger unless i highly modifed my motor or boosted it.

52mm will be fine more air flow doesnt hurt this isnt like carb crap. If you have time just modify your intake mainfold and its best for that low end grunt power unless you plan on being the next drag racer get the m1 intake mainfold then

What is your goal? A high rpm racer or a grunting tractor like torque monster for pulling stumps? An important question to answer before you do anything since the answer to that may significantly change the path you take to achieve the performance you want.

Im thinking id like more high end power, i really feel like my truck is lacking power severely. It barely wants to get out of its own way

for the op's satisfaction, and also mine, what sort of hp gain would those heads be good for?
