Pretty much any brand that sells them will bolt up to stock pipes. If it is 50 state legal, then it will bolt right up.

doug's headers are probably the better ones to use, i had some from ebay....big mistake but after shopping around a bit i found that the dougs look like they will bolt on rather easier than the ebay ones. i have never found a CAI for the 8L, $300 was the lowest i saw, what kind of towing are you planning on doing? i used mine to haul travel trailers and i do not recommend that, if your towing consists of oh once a year sure have at it but if your going to be doing ALOT, i strongly urge you to change your mind and get a diesel, i "sniff sniff" traded my 01 Dodge V10 for a 7.3 powerstroke. My V10 had headers, and dual exhaust with an "x" in the muffler, i got 14 close to 15 mpg w/o a trailer on the highway, with a trailer i lost 1.12 mpg per 1000 lbs, i also have the SCT tuner, ran the 87 tune with 89 octane.

ROFL
Would have liked to see you use that on a member that has over 20 posts, but still funny as hell..
It's been said, but... TB spacers are a waste of time and money. The only place where they help is if you need them to be just that, a spacer. Some of the filter mods laying around on this forum require you to have a small spacer to make them fit correctly.

The throttle body spacer has ZERO benefit on our trucks. None. Zero. Nada. Zilch.
