Some one else will chime in on the particulars of the exhaust, but basically it is opened up too much. As far as the 02's go, Bosch are junk. OEM, NTK or at least Standard Motor Products are way better.
Not to mention problems with the plenum(do a search here if your not familiar), and 35 inch tires with 3:55 gears.

Put a cat and a muffler back on the truck.
I test drove a 98 360 with the same problem: GUTLESS.
straight piped, 2.5in piping, 35in toyos, 5in lift, everything less stock.
You mash the pedal and it went nowhere....
Last craigslist truck will ever look at.....
Needed 2 grand worth of work to make it anywhere near my current truck.
Glad I paid 6500...
Recap: Suck it up, replace the sensors, put a high flow cat in at the very least.
BTW, 4.56 gears too.
That would help I would presume...

Get an O2 Sensor SIMULATOR for the second O2 sensor. THen you can run no cat:

75 bucks and you will never have to replace it. I think that is cheaper than the O2 sensor.
Keep the old O2 sensor and splice the connector to the simulator. I did that with my 1996 with no cat.
you're welcome!!!
