oooooOOOOOOooooooh! REMOTE start!!! I know what THAT is.

Big difference between "remote" and "electric" methinks.

I love mine I use it all the time I even use it in the summer I set the a/c to come on.
There is alot of extra stuff you can get for them like remote window roll up/down but I dont have all that extra

Well mine was an alarm and remote start install so it was supposed to be $180 but the guy at best buy did it for $100 plus I had some coupons so it was a little cheaper. I still thought that was steep but beats having to worry about finding the right wires and stuff.
What starter did you buy?
Also best buy gave me a paper with the color of wires and what they do if you want that might help if you try to install it your self

My remote start is probrably my favorite mod and it does great in the heat in south florida, it nice to be walking out of class and starting my truck way out in the parking lot and after my 5 minute walk its nice and cold and music is already blasting, that looks like a nice setup, and getting someone to install is nice and any radio/alarm shop should be able to do it around $100 or you can spend the day doing it yourself its not hard just time consuming
