Can you give us any more details on how exactly it is acting?

You have done all the basic stuff so the next thing I would recommend would be to replace or clean the IAC sensor at the throttle body. (Idle Air Control, it is the rear sensor) Its about $30 for a new one at AZ

Exactly where I would start. Pull off the throttle body and clean real good...clean the sensors good too! Or if the IAC is really gunked up bad just replace it.

I would be surprised if it didn't fix your rough idle

While you have the TB off, get a small mirror and a flashlight and look inside the intake manifold(look at all four corners too),and see how much oil is in it. And how did the old plugs look?

well lol... the truck didnt like to run when i bought it about 2 months ago... when changing the plugs, the 2 in the center on drivers side broke off in the head.. so, after about 3 days of drilling and "easy outing" i was able to finish the job, then that didnt help much so i replaced the precat o2 and there was a major difference. but anyways im sure you can imagine what the plugs looked like lol.

Getting them out sucked I'm sure, but how did the electrodes look on the ones that came out? And do you remember which cylinder they came from.

No biggie. However, you should still check for oil in the plenum.
