yes, put the injector in it's bore, best way is to just mount the injector and look at the tip of the injector compared to where it sits in the bore and how it sprays. if it looks like it's going to hit the sides of the bore, then i'd machine it out. take a look at the pics I post tonight and you'll see what I mean.

more pics... there are a couple that show the fuel injector bores before and after, have a look... the others show the runners before and after the cut. the tool is what I used to cut and polish the runners that were cut.

Throttle bore mods/cleanup... Note the lip in the bore on the right of the first pic, the 2nd pic shows it's cleaned up. not sure if there is alot of benifit to this but in my opinion, any lip is a distrubance to the airflow...
