Exclamation 94 dodge looses all power in engine

Well more problem with my truck. the truck has almost 300,000 miles on a 318. the problem that im having is the truck will sputter, pop and loose all power periodically. i have replaced the tps, maf, the idol control, coil and full tune up. i pulled the codes and its saying that my tps and maf is voltage is to high or low but they are bran new. when this does occur i try to pat the gas then the truck shuts off, the truck will only idol, but it will shake so bad it rocks the truck. when this doesn't occur it runs perfect with a lot of power. i don't know what else i can do. any ideas will help thanks

Unscrew the pre cat o2 sensor and see how it runs.

i'm just guessing, but with "voltage too high", it sounds like a sensor signal might be shorted to 12 volt some way. i also don't know what you're looking for, but i'd try to probe the pins on those sensors and try to find a service manual to compare to.

did any of your work so far, including the new tps make it run any different - better or worse? if anything ran different, it might be worth investigating, as although unlikely, a new tps could be bad. but if it made NO change, then its likely ok.

in addition to the codes and whatever the computer is trying to tell you - i might check fuel pressure, just to rule it out.

if all else fails, sometimes electrical problems require a trip to a mechanic with an expensive scanner who can read the sensors in real time.

"voltage too high" is just the basic/generic description that the o2 is no good. 9 times out of 10, replacing it will correct that problem.

ok so today i striped all the wire loom off, and went through the whole engine bay and found two wires. both of them had multiple wires going in to one, one of those wires wast connected and the other was loose. i also disconnected the o2 and it runs alot better but still acts up but now its only given me the code for the o2 but now it has a small jerking while speeding up, also i have no cat.

I was having basically the same problem. Several hundred dollars and a few mechanic's later the problem turned out to be a bad connection on the + side of the battery.
