high beam stuck on

Default high beam stuck on
95 dodge 3500 high beam wont turn off with clicker switch on steering shaft,,tried new multiswitch,,no luck there either ,,anybody have same problem ,does not have daytime running lights .help please..

swap the headlight relays in the PDC.
