what are the chances of both of my horns going out, in one day?

Well.... not likely, but, not impossible either. Check and see if you are getting power to the horns, I think the horn button just provides a ground path.

Check the fuse and the relay in the PDC.

it all seems fine. im getting power and when i hit the horn button the relay clicks. good or bad?

Clean the electrical plug by the horns and trace the wires from the horns back.

Both of my horns are out, I went to auto zone. And they said they don't have any replacements that fit the plug it. You have to respice the wires, and screw them down into the terminals on their replacement horns. I didn't want that, so i am going to wait an order one from my local dealer. But its not to likely that they'd both go out. But mine did.

You can get horns from Mopar. Last I heard, Mopar still support these trucks. So finding parts isn't a niddle in a hay sack.
