DTC P1762 in 2001 Ram 1500

DTC P1762 in 2001 Ram 1500
The trans in my 2001 Ram 1500 started to 'stay' in gear 'till I got off the gas (high vacuum) so it could shift. doesn't so it all the time...but most often. I pulled the codes and got the P1762 code. I assume it is a shift modulator or solenoid. Question: What, exactly, is the procedure to change out the shift solenoid on this truck. Pics would be a great help.
Also, any opinions as to where to buy it?

Governor Pressure sensor. Get one from the dealer, or, get the kit to change it over to the GM style. Also get the pressure solenoid. They are both in the same spot.. Gotta drop the tranny pan to swap 'em out.
