35's and 3:55 gear's are not going to make the bottom end power or the transmission very happy.

5in bs will bring the tires farther in, than 4.5in bs, so i dont think that will help with rubbing if anything it will cause them to rub the control arms

Here is a 5 inch lift for about 800.... bit more expensive than blocks, and a body lift..... but, still pretty inexpensive for what you get. Does blocks in the rear.... not my favorite option...... and comes with shocks.

Still leaves 1800 for tires, and lift installation..... You might be able to install the lift at home. It's advertised as "bolt on".....

absolutely not true at all. i have the diesel coils, which give you between 2-3 inches of lift. i had 35's with 15x10 rims with a 4 or 4.5" bs and the tires would rub the fender while turning but they would be fine while striaght down the road. zman is correct though. 35's and 3.55 gears doesnt make the transmission happy. 500 bucks and about 15-20 hours of my time a new tranny is now in my truck.

i took my time with the transmission install because the truck wasnt registered at the time.

Default Prices

Right now my truck has the 2.5in level in the front and three inch blocks in the rear. Im looking to go higher i was thinking either a 6 or 8in lift. Whats a reasonable price for a all inclusive lift including kit and labor. No wheels or tires needed i have those. I was planning on running 33's so i wouldnt have to re-gear.

Ok. Number one. I didn't post the last thing said. Fiancee did. Number two. Called the 4x4 shop I've been dealing with and asked about them installing that kit and they said they Sony do rough xo7ntry because they've had too many problems with the kits. Anyone have any good or bad experiences with rough country kits?

There cost affordable kits... I doubt your going to have any problems unless your using it for ramping crevices and all that crap.

You need to tell that 4x4 shop to quit charging so much. Quick estimate to show how much there sticking it to you. Place called autoplex (bout 10 minutes away from me) installed my body lift on my 2001 parts and all for $499.... Any average joe that knows anything can install a 3 inch suspension lift kit... buy tires online somewhere so your not getting screwed (4wheelparts.com). and have some tire shop put them on. That just got you your 35 inch tires for 6-800. body lift install for 500. and a good 3 inch suspension lift kit for about 400. so at most your spending under 2 grand and you probably just got a lot better tires....
