Leaning issue??

Not really a common question but my baby leans to the drivers side is there a cure for this and why would she do it? 01 1500 5.9 4x4 if that helps

Replace your springs. Just the rears might be adequate to the task, if not, all four.

Relatively common problem. Seems to be a dodge standard.
