Default 1998 Dodge Ram 5.9 360, need some good performance mods

I have a 1998 Dodge Ram 4x4 5.9 360, and I have a C.A.I and exhaust system, what are some other good performance mods that are under $1000?

Under 1000? Underdrive pulley, tuner, electric fan, headers, bigger brakes if you want to stop better, fastman throttlebody (or diy); otherwise if you're willing spend just a tinge more, gears, gears, gears.
