Do a compression test dude. It sounds some like a blown head gasket, and the reason I originally asked if it smelt sweet. Critters like this one are hard to figure unless someone is present and can see/hear/smell for themselves.

 

i changed out the pcv valve and now the truck only smoke when i hammer on the gas and the let off of it really fast and itll smoke pretty bad for maybe 10-20 seconds and it smokes pretty bad if im in a higher gear and doin maybe 1500-1700 rpms but if i go above 2000 rpms the smoke goes away
