Default leak bwtween engine and tranny?

Hi all, new here and first time Dodge owner. My issue is i have some kind of a leak between the engine and tranny. It's not oil its more like clear break fluid. I don't see a leak from the clutch cylinder or around it. I have a 1999 5.2 ram 4x4 5 speed. any help would be great. Not big on tranny issues. thanks for any input.

if its not oil?
and not transmission fluid?
then its probably coolant from the rusted out freeze plugs on the back of the block or heads? pretty common. requires transmission removal to replace them. check coolant level and don't let it get low or you'll have overheating.

I see the three freeze plugs on the block..i dont see any coolent dripping out on them. They are a little rusty but no leaks that I can see. Sounds like a stupid question but.. I see six plugs are there more? If it is the rear plug on the block, can't you just remove the starter to het to it and not the tranny?

I think you are looking at the wrong freeze plugs. There are 2 on the back of the block between the motor and tranny.

What does the fluid smell like? Can you definately tell that it is coolant? I just don't want to seem someone go through all that work and not fix the problem.

If it's like brake fluid, it likely is brake fluid from the slave cylinder.
