thoughts about transfercase index ring

Default transfercase index ring

i was going to get a transfer case index ring i was just wanting to know if anyone else has put one on and which one i should get? i have a 99 dodge with 8" suspension lift

Here's one. Listed for one ton, but, I do believe it will fit your truck as well. This is the least expensive one I have found. Top Gun Customs has one as well, but, its over 200 bucks.

awsome lookin ride Kraiger

if you do the index, just keep in mind, your fluid levels, as they will change with the movement of the t-case, and fill plug

Thanks. Its getting there,

But yes if you do the index fill the case on the ground before you put it in. Thats what ive done in the past and seems to work good.
