Clean your battery terminals first.

Did your engine have a miss when it actually ran??

Default Need help ASAP ?????

I have a 96 ram 1500 4x4 with a 5.2. I went to start the truck the other day and when I turned the key over it just clicked once I hooked the battery to a charger and it was already at 95% but I let it charge all the way and still going the same thing. Also does anyone have a good diagram of where the spark plug wires go on the cap I think the person before had them wrong so I want to check it and I can't find any good diagrams ?

Got a volt meter? If so, check the main power feed at the starter motor, make sure there is 12 volts there. If it isn't, find out where you lose it at. I think the wire is two pieces, battery to PDC, PDC to starter. If it clicks when you turn the key, the solenoid/relay are working. If you DO have power there, probably time for a new starter.

Which two cylinders were missing?

wiring diagram? Grab the factory service manual from the FAQ section here.

cylinder numbers? Odds down the drivers side, 1 at the front, evens on the passenger side, 2 at the front. Firing order is 1 8 4 3 6 5 7 2

I mean for the spark plug wires so I can make sure they are on the right spot on the cap.

If you can manage to see it..... Number 1 is marked on the cap. Rotation is clockwise, as you are laying there with the throttle body poking into your chest, staring at the distributor. Firing order is as listed in my earlier post. (number one on the cap is just to the passenger side of straight forward on mine..... so, not exactly easy to see with the wires on there..... might just wanna take 'em all off, and re-do them on the dist end.)

There is a technical service bulletin in the FAQ section for plug wire routing as well.
