No but the plot thickens as it may be tied to either the park/neutral switch or the ignition switch. The reason I say park/neutral switch was because I have notice my shift idicator has not been lining up properly.

Of course if the truck is not it P or N, it wont start.

I dont know if the starting issues are tied to the clicking around the steering column/flickering cab light.
