i HAVE A 1995 RAM 1500 AND A PROBLEM NO ONE CAN SOLVE. WHEN I GO OUT TO START THE TRUCK I WILL PUT THE KEY IN THE ON POSITION AND I HAVE TO SIT AND WAIT FOR THE FAST CLICKING TO SLOW DOWN THEN COME TO A STOP BEFOR THE TRUCK WILL START DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS COULD BE

 

Try swapping the fuel pump relay, with one of the others in the PDC. (power distribution center, under the hood, on drivers fender) See if that helps.
