Angry 97 ram 1500 wont start

Ok i have a 97 ram 1500 4x4 with a 5.9 and it cranks but i have no spark,no fuel, no communication and no check engine light when you turn on the key.The truck sat for a year with a dead battery. Could the PCM be the problem and if so how would i check it to make sure it is the PCM

ASD event most likely. Does the fuel pump prime when you first turn the key on?

Unscrew the precat o2 sensor and leave it hang, and see what happens.

Swap the ASD relay in the PDC with another one, (they are all pretty much the same.) See if that improves its attitude.

Since it sat for a year, that's not good. But maybe the Crank sensor (on back of motor) or Cam sensor in the distributor are corroded. Or the cap and rotor are bad or clogged injectors, or rodents chewed a ground wire.
