I'm thinking emblems from the newest Ram on there. On the doors too. Anyone done this? Bet they're crazy expensive to get.

I think it looks better with it off. Right after I got my truck, some guy rear-ended me. (Hadn't made the first payment yet!)Anyway I had the body shop leave the emblems off. Cleans up the whole truck.

if you want to have the light surrounds painted it is possible. i work in a body shop and we paint all kinds of things like that for example door handles...they just require special adhesion products to prevent peeling...also take it to a top notch body shop not some rinky dink thing around the corner.

Looks better with it off but it makes the bumper not being straight more noticable to me. I would put the original tail light covers back on though I think they would look good without it.

How does the black plastic part come off the tailgate? Do you just pull it off or is there another trick to it?

It's just stuck on with 3M tape. A heat gun, or hair dryer will soften it up as you pull it outward.
