there is actually a guy on ********* that swapped a 2nd gen v10 into a 2nd gen ram. He has lots of info and personal experience and even has some clips. The truck sounds kind of weird, guess im just use to the v8. But he wanted the same thing as a play/sleeper looking truck. Let me try to find it

I believe the V10 out of the 3/4 and 1 ton truck is very similar to the Viper V10. I believe a lot of the parts from the viper motor will swap over. Just some food for thought.

Actually very few to none of the parts interchange between the motors. The cast iron block truck V-10 was based on the aluminum block viper motor but there are major differences.

Interesting. I could have sworn I heard something or another about the intake manifold swapping over, and a few other things. Maybe I was wrong though.

Either way, a set of Borla headers and a Tuner would really make a v10 fun to drive.

I believe that Capt Cameltoe actually uses just borla headers/ true duals and runs a SCT and loves the torque

Who wouldn't love the torque of ten cylinders, 8 liters. After all, NOTHING beats the ALMIGHTY cubic inch.

that is where i am headed, pretty much exactly. except i have hughes intake, sct tuner, and going with the p-1sc supercharger head unit with 10psi. i would love to see 500hp.
