I'd go 4.10s if I were doing more highway then in town driving. If you mainly drive around town, tow or haul a lot of weight often, then I'd go 4.56s.
You'll tach a bit high over about 60 mph and cost yourself a little bit of fuel economy with 4.56s due to the fact the transmission doesn't have the extra OD that the 545rfe has.
If you've got 3.92s and are not happy, by all means, go 4.56s because 4.10s won't give you enough difference to justify the cost.
It's a tough call, when I had my '98 I had stock 3.92s with 35s and thought they were fine. When I got the Hemi with it's 545rfe and went to 35s, I went down to taching around 1600 at 70 mph on the interstate, found the tranny shifting constantly "searching" for the right gear and actually lagged pretty bad when getting on the gas to pass someone.
4.56s brought me up to around 2000 rpm at 70 mph which is right around where the Hemi "sweet spot" starts to kick in. So the tranny tends to stay locked in one gear and when I touch the gas to pass, the truck snaps forward.
IMO with your transmission not having that extra OD gear in it, you should be taching about where I am with 4.10s...

What were you taching at highway speeds, Silver? I was taching about 1950 at 60 mph when I had my '98 RCSB 4x4 5.9 with the stock 3.92s and found the power to be more than adequate.
I kinda felt if I was much over 2000 rpm I'd start to lose too much fuel economy. I towed a bass boat all over Georgia, Alabama, SC and north Florida most weekends and I really didn't wanna kill gas mileage. Having the 5.9 was bad enough, LOL...
