Where are you guys getting gears from?
I know suspension up and chassis up and down, but an area that I am not very knowledgeable in at all is drivetrain. I want to beef up the gearing on my 1500 toy hauler so I want to change the gearing, as well as install a locker to help out in some of the silt I occasionally encounter on the way to my campsite.
I'm looking at going to 4.56's (I know its ridonkulously low for 265's but I want that torque and mileage isnt an issue) as well as running prolly a lunchbox in it. Where are you guys getting your gears, install kits, and lockers from? I'd really like to order it all from one source and take it nextdoor to get it installed. I've never done a Chrysler drivetrain before which is why im asking.

I got mine from Randys Ring and Pinion.
I think 4.10's would be a little more appropriate though. You will have lots of low end with 4.56's and 265's, don't get me wrong, but you will be at a high RPM when you get out on the highway. You may not be concerned about mileage, but you should be concerned about engine and drivetrain stress.

I bought mine from 4 Wheel Parts, they were a little steep, but price matched with proof.
Randy's Ring & Pinion is GREAT in that their sales reps know more about differentials than most techs elsewhere, but tend to run a bit high on their pricing.
For lowest pricing I've found Moe's and Air Ram are about the best...
IMO 4.10s give the best yield of power/mpgs in a second gen, whereas in the 3rd gens with the 545rfe having essentially two overdrive gears, there is no reason to look at anything other than 4.56s...
