I put the dash back together and all I have is off or defroster LOL. FML!!!! And the cable for the blend door must be caught somewhere because I don't have enough slack in it to attach it to the climate control unit. I see that the vacuum hose that goes through the firewall might have gotten pinched... hoping that's the issue with the defroster only deal.

New heater core, accumulator, and evaporator are in though and the AC is charged. Lets see if it holds a charge Also did new heater core hoses with real hose clamps. Ditched those leak prone squeeze clamps. I'm hoping that solves the problem of smelling coolant inside the truck when hauling up long/steep inclines. The heater core was in perfect shape "d'oh".

Em is doing a nice job on the interior. It's the first time the dash has been full together since we've bought the truck haha.

Yeah, vents are all powered by vacuum, so, check the supply line. It's the cheap, nasty plastic fellers, and they like to get really brittle as they age, and break WAY too easily.

I guess electric servos would have been too easy for them to use.

We have a car show we are hosting this weekend and I am running around like a crazy person getting last-minute stuff done.

So, I will be able to put the finishing touches on the truck interior next week sometime and get some final pictures up.

Haven't finished the interior at all, but she's been behaving for once. LOL I thought that alone warranted an update
