yeah i do have a haynes and a chiltons... also i have a spring compressor on my coil. thanks for caring about my safety though ;-). i did get one side done with the pickle fork and a lot of motivation from my good friend buddy light and a BFH. to cold to get the other side done hopefully weather gets above 20 degrees this week

So you are doing it like the Haynes says to? I believe a pitman arm puller will work on the lower BJ, which btw, is the only one you have to break loose.

doing it like it says i did a little research and most people say the upper is easier to undo so i did it...i did tear the boot on the tie rod end so i just went ahead and replaced it while i was down there...here is a few pics u can prolly judge for yourself which is the lifted side lets see.
