Default ABS and Brake light problem.. SOLVED!

So i finally solved my abs and brake light(was caused by spinning around in 2wd lol) So just to let yall know for people with 96 and earlier? even the super fancy code readers will not pull the code for the ABS/brake light. Youi have to do it maanually.. Here is how.. with key OFF find pin #13 in the obdII port and then get a paper clip/wire (something to ground it) Put the peice of wire inn and then find a good ground and then turn the key to run and ground pin number 13. then look at the abs light. count the number of flashes. one long flash is the first number the short flashes are the second... it will repeat it self with an inital flash that is a different length than the others. Then look at the chart and that will tell you the issue. I will do a better write up and get you exact directions by the book and the chart later tonight. But its simple to do! I do not know what years you need to do this.. it may only be 96.. or it may be other years also. I will try and get the abs and brake light to come back on this week so i can do a full write up if you guys would like.(pics included)

It's in the Haynes manual on page 9-25.
works on 94-96 only though.
