Default Crazy Relay ?

I have a 99 dodge ram quad cab 4x4. Lately when driving I hear a clicking under the dash , sounds like EXACTLY like a relay opening and closing. I can not pinpoint what makes the sound happen it seems to be random ? Any ideas guys ???

Could it be the trailer brake controller?

Maybe he is hanging on the column shaft. Do some evasive turns. That'll teach 'em.

Could be the CTM.
It's a black plastic box above the gas pedal that is something like 4" x 8" x 1.5".
Any starting/running issues?

Now that you said the CTM (Central Timer Module), I figured out what might be wrong with your wipers.

The OP's. He has another thread about his wipers will not work on high. The CTM controls the delay and speed of the wipers.
