Default Engine stalling?

Hey guys, I'm havin some problems with my 98 318. Its pretty cold right now but thats the only way my truck runs. The problem is that when my truck warms up and you try driving it, she just stalls. Put her in drive and the rpms dip and then as soon as you give the brakes down the street RPMs go to around 500 and she just stalls. What gives? Is it a fuel pump or fuel filter? I can only assume its got to do with fuel delivery here.

Might be fuel pressure, might be IAC motor. Check fuel pressure with a gauge. See what ya got.
