Hemifever is a dealer, SCT is a company that sells the actual tuner, problem is that most of the tuners they sell come blank so that a dealer like hemifever can setup custom tunes for individual applications as far as running a supercharger or a really wild cam. Hemifever has done so many tunes he has canned tunes for close to stock motors saving you and him time and money, if you do excessive motor work he will do a custom tune and it will cost you $100 bucks more
