Default back up lights don't work

i have a ram 1500 5.9l 1996, i replaced the bulbs so i tested and its getting power, what should i check next? oh also of course checked the fuse. one other problem im having is i can find any seat covers that are not 150$ its a 40/20/40 with power seat and seat belt not attached to top of head rest (its attached to wall) if you have any clue how to fix my back up lights or find cheaper seat covers i would love to hear. also my head lights are not very good what should i replace with to change that?

Check the grounds for the backup lights. Looks like that one is up under the brake booster somewhere. (which seems kind of silly, but hey, that's just me....)
