Default Need Some Help Identifying A Thought To Be Prototype TB

I'm looking for some info on the origin and the original application or concept of this TB. Any and all help would be greatly appreicated.

I've heard it was a prototype TB for the '99 Shebly Super Charged SP360 5.9 Durango but I've not been able to verify that information. This TB is based on the stock 50mm V8 Magnum TB but it's a 52mm, has the Ram ring made on top, it's a lot heavier and more beefy in design and has absolutely no Chrysler part numbers, serial numbers or logos on it whatsoever. The only numbers on it are on the top and doing a search on them in any combination comes up with absolutely nothing.

Thinking maybe some of you guys have seen one of these before and maybe know who made it and the purpose of the prototype design. Here's a few pics:

I will move this to the 2nd gen Ram section, where the 5.9L and 5.2L V8s are primarily located.

I searched earlier and came up with nothing.
I tried chrysler throttle body, dodge throttle body, holley throttle body, 318 throttle body and 360 throttle body in the image search on google.

I had sent Dan some pics earlier and he said he'd never seen one either.

I have been through that article from front to back and have found absolutely nothing that says anything about a prototype TB. I'm kind of lost on this one.
