Replace the cap too.

 

Already replaced the cap I did that before I realized I screwed up my cps

 

Get it to run threw a new rotor on it and it fired right up...but my tranny is junk there is a god awfull clicking noise comming from it when its in anything but park

 

Is it possible that the e-clip on the parking sprag poped off rooster comb on the vavle body.
And when you put it in gear its not pulling the sprag from the park position.
Might be worth pulling the pan to find out.
