really? ive never heard of Chrysler replacing the hood latch!
ive known of 3 previous 2nd gen owners whos hoods flew up when going down the highway, it totally smashed their windshields and tweaked their hoods.
now im thinking of going to the dealership. i already need to get a pcv valve

I walked into a local dealership about 3 weeks ago with my vin on a piece of scratch paper and didn't have a problem getting a build sheet.
On a similar note, has anyone ever tried to get a printout of service records on their truck?
