Default 94 ram 5.2 wont start

I have a 94 dodge ram 5.2 v8 that wont start/crank

day 1-woke up on a cold morning to go start it. turned key and got absolutely nothing. But the hazard lights blinked 40 times and a Bosch relay in the engine compartment clicks for some time then stops. changed battery and starter. still nothing

day 2- tightened and cleaned all connections at the battery, starter, and computer. tested for spark at the plugs and all are good. tested/checked all fuses which also turned out okay.

day 3- still not doing anything other than clicking. found out i can pull up the trouble code by doing the key sequence. I got 3*3*7*5. from what i understand its supposed to only flash the first digit, then the second, then a set of 5 to end the code. it only blinks five times once. I dont know what that means. a 33 is an ac clutch relay and a 37 is a ckt clutch?

day 4- touched terminals on the starter together and it cranks but wont turn over. disconnected battery and brought it in the garage to try and save the new battery from the cold.

day 5-put battery back in and i dont hear the clicking. before i heard the clicking when the battery was first reattached and when i turned the key. went to start the truck and it cranked but wouldnt start. disconnected battery to pull the distributor. never had time to pull it and reattached the battery after adding HEAT to the gas tank. its clicking at the bosch relay outside of the computer again and no cranking. pulled bosch relay and clicking moved to fusebox in the truck

day 7- disconnected battery wires from starter and fusebox and cleaned them up and retightened them. it started cranking again. belt spins but truck wont fire

so to sum it up i have intermitten cranking and when it does crank it wont turn over. today i pulled the ignition run/acc fuse from the fusebox in the engine compartment and put it back in and the truck stopped cranking again. i turn the key and a relay in the fuse box located in the truck starts to click. the bosch relay in the engine isnt clicking anymore

sorry thats probably a litttle confusing

so the problem is intermitten cranking and when it does crank it wont turn all the way over. the belt spins but the engine wont fire.

things ive checked and turned out good
fuses
relay in engine compartment
connections at all points in the starting system (battery, ig. switch, fuse box, starter)
spark at plugs(when it was cranking)
power at ig. coil
power at starter

changed
battery
starter/solenoid

things ive messed with that seem to effect intermitten cranking
ig. run/acc fuse in fuse box
certain sequence of removing battery cables and re-attaching

when the truck doesnt crank it clicks at a bosch relay mounted outside of the engine compartment fuse box. today however the clicking moved to the fuse pannel in the truck.

Swap the ASD relay, and another one..... (wipers, headlight, whathaveyou.) See if that improves its attitude any.

ive swapped all relays. since it wont crank right now ive done the following again

checked starter/solenoid(which are brand new)
-has proper voltage
-if i jump it by touching the solenoid terminals together it cranks but doesnt start truck
-connections

checked battery(which is brand new)
-checked voltage(cant get cca's right now as truck wont crank)
-connections all the way down the positive and neg. cables

checked engine fuse box
-connections
-fuses
-changed/swapped all relays

the thing that really has me thrown is this bosch 30a relay outside the fuse box. it was originally clicking when the truck wasnt turning over. now its not, the clicking moved to the fuse pannel in the truck.

the bosch relay has a fuse attached to its wiring circut for 20a i believe it was. its good. the relay has 4 wires. two grounds and a positive wire going into straight from the battery then it also has a yellow wire coming out. i lose that yellow wire when i try to trace it into the cab through the firewall.

any help is greatly appreciated. my trucks been down a month now
