Default 5.9 swap for a fuel injected 440?

okay so i have a 1999 ram with bad heads. i want to put a 440 in it. i have have found a crate 440 for about 4000 and the fuel injection kit 3700. im wondering if my stock trans will mate up with the block and if not what tranny will and how much more changes will need to be done to the rest of the drivetrain, along with heating/cooling system, and powerstreering? well thanks for the help. i know a 408 stroke is a easier swap but looking to do something special.

No. It won't. And even if it did, it wouldn't survive long behind a 440.

Mounts aren't the same either. Gonna be a lot of custom fab work involved there.
