Default put on new to me mirrors today

well tell me what you guy think, i finally got sick of lookin at those goofy chrome elephant ears hangin off the side of my truck so i put on mirrors from a 99. i was origionally going to install some flip out tow mirrors....bc their sexy lookin....but couldnt justify taking them through the woods and tearing them up.

nice lookin. I went from a 1996 to a 2001. I loved the new mirrors because the chrome ones would slip inward at highway speeds...hence making them useless!

Yeah, unfortunately there's 2 bolts that are suppose to clamp the mirror tight. They almost always get stripped. What I did with mine is re-tap them and loctite them. They won't budge. I personally think that The chrome mirrors were the best looking ones Dodge made.
