My truck runs rich at idle. Also while driving, it has an occasional miss but clears up when you accelerate. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

 

Start simple first
I would check your wires and plugs, I had a break in one wire once that would cause a miss.
Also I tried different plugs once and the truck didn't respond well to them.
I recommend the champions that came on it stock. The number should be on the emmisions tag under the hood ( i cant remember #).
I couldn't find them at local parts stores but the dealers got them in stock.
