How's your cat? have you unplugged the O2 sensor yet, and driven it that way?

And its not setting any codes? (aside from the obvious O2 sensor at this point....)

How's your fuel pressure, I don't recall seeing that in the thread......

Could the fuel filter/pressure regulator (on top of the tank) be clogged? Vacuum problem?

Edit: I see heyyou once again beat me to the punch on the possible fuel issues

No codes right now I get a code about fuel sender unit volatge too high but I thinks that's cause sometime my gauge will fall to empty for no reason. And the fuel pressure is 49 psi steady

That one is a real head scratcher.... All the ignition parts are new, timing set has been replaced, TPS tests good......fuel pressure is good..... and I am going to guess the engine runs fairly smooth?

Maybe the cam or crank sensor is going? Or, maybe its not an engine problem at all? Something dragging somewhere else in the drivetrain??

Well the motor runs great . Well I tried this today I cleaned ever ground I saw and left the battery unhooked for like a hour and took it for a test drive and it seems like it runs a lot better.
