Nice pants.

Ooops. Sorry.... Couldn't resist.

Run a compression test, dry, then wet. Post the numbers.

Did you give the engine a chance to clear out before doing the vid? Might have to drive it a couple miles to get everything out of the intake, and various hoses.

I've never done a compression test before I probably don't even have the tools required

All you need is the gauge. Can probably buy/rent one from your local auto parts store.

Just pull ALL the plugs out. Disconnect the coil. (the wire harness connector, you do NOT want the coil firing.....) could even pull the fuel pump relay.... Prop the throttle wide open. (brick on the gas pedal.....) Screw the gauge into a cylinder, crank the engine four or five times. (you will hear it when it hits compression on the cylinder with the gauge.) Read the gauge, write down the number.

Repeat for all cylinders. Then, add a tablespoon of oil to a cylinder, screw the gauge in, and do it again. The number should jump some, if it jumps a LOT...... bad rings.

if you can have a friend drive behind you and see how it smokes UNDER LOAD when you are driving, that would paint a better picture.

however, when i had my 1996, it smoked a lot. Mainly because I was running NO CAT and 24# injectors with a stock tune (92 octane mopar PCM, but still stock). I was running WAY rich. It did not look unlike your smoke, kinda whitish. However, that smoke looks like coolant smoke.

1. Does it smell sweet, like maple syrup?
2. If you can post a vid of someone filming you accelerating when your engine is under load. If the smoke is blue, you have blow by or are consuming oil.

[QUOTE=bigblock79;2376415]I think I know what happened... Paid someone to do a tune up on my trick.a spark plug broke off in the head and needed drilled out.a piece fell into the cylinder and I was told it would break up and go out the exhaust. I think it's still in there f'n my motor up. Been driving it this way for a month or two since. How much damage do u think it would have done?
