When it comes to headers you get what you pay for, cheap headers= lots of problems down the road and during the install. I have had the Gibson headers on for over 4 years now, no leaks, no retighting the bolts, no blown out gaskets, no miss matched y pipe problems. I installed them once and have never had to touch them agine, 100% problem free.

It will also save your spark plug boots from melting but it's better to get the boot protector deals (also made by DEI) since rubber won't rust.

I forgot to mention that I checked my headers vs. my dads manifolds temperature with a heat gun from the same locations, meaning:2" away, 4" away, 6" away and about 12" away.

We have a dedicated classifieds section. I suggest you use it and not post things for sale on other persons threads. Some people dont like it and get offended

Gibson stainless shorties here. No problems w/ the EGR on my 95 and I have no leaks after 6 months or so. I had to do Mopar PCM as I have 95, added a Volant CAI, new stainless Magnaflow cat setup and a dynomax muffler with dual pipes and I can really feel the difference. Night and day or like a trigger job on a 1911...

If you are worried about the wrap holding water, just wrap some plastic sheeting over it and use some duct tape to secure it. It will keep the water out for sure.

You'll just never be able to drive it.
