Bad Rear U-joint?
well the wife and I are talking of a second child, and i would need a 4 door for that since i sold the Maxima...
I know ill get it figured out, its just the day i sell my second vehicle, my truck screws up....go figure....
but i think it might be a u-joint because heres another video....but he said driveshaft was replaced...mines similar, just not as frequent

ok now this is weird.....on lunch break today I drove to the store, and it was still doing the squeaking. I park, let it idle in the parking lot, and i go to leave and now theres no sound whatsoever. Punched it, got up to speeds, and nothing. Ive driven 15 miles since then and theres no sound anymore......so i thinking maybe one of the rear breaks was sticking and i didnt know.
but hey its fixed now lol.

Sounds to me like a brake/rotor issue. If it was the driveshaft/ujoint, you'd hear it more often.
The Driveshaft rotates at about 4x per tire revolution, so therefore if you hear 4 squeaks for one tire revolution, its probably the ujoint.
If it's 1 squeak per tire revolution, its probably a brake/rotor issue. May be a slightly warped rotor, or a piece of ice/rock in the rotor. May also be a bad bearing or your lug nuts need tightening.
if its 4x, it very well could be a ujoint. If you just had your transfer case replaced, it could be a problem there too unfortunately, but once again, the tire revolution trick can tell you if its before or after the differential.
I know you said its "fixed", but I thought I'd mention that incase it comes back!

i have all new brakes/rotors, wheel bearings, ball joints, etc. i do all my own work to it, and when the shatf was out during t-case replacement, there was no binding in the u-joint, nor is there play right now between yokes.
Also the sqeak would be like once every other tire rotation, and obviously going faster makes it sound faster.....but i did some riding around doing errands tonight, and shes not making 1 irregular sound, so....cool.
AND FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER 8 MONTHS MY TRUCK HAS A COMPLETLY FULL TANK OF GAS LOL.......$84 bucks to fill her up at $2.99 gallon (she had about 1/4 gallon left in it lol)....and my gas guage works again, so im going to see how many miles i can get to the full tank. i kno its decent.

You know I had a similar grind/squeak type noise when a spring popped loose in one of my rear brakes. The adjuster and half the springs were worn down to dust along with taking a couple chunks out of the brake pads.
It wouldn't hurt to pop the back wheels off and check them out.
