ahh dammit! Got it all done, and guess what!!!?? NO ****ing heat! No air in lines, blend door works great, t-stat new and opens, new coolant, getting flow through heater core... What else can i be missing? Can a water pump be wore out and cause insufficient flow? Or would i over heat?

You could be low on coolant. Take your rad cap off and start the truck up. Add coolant if it drops.
