It sounds like your going threw to much just for a tuner that really isn't that great (ask around). Why not just spend the $265 for an SCT tune from Hemifever? Well worth it.
Had it checked out by a local shop and it was a bad computer. Had a rebuilt one installed and flashed for $400. Thanks for the help
Actually, the PCM was fine UNTIL, the mishap with the tuner. The method of which was used to attempt to flash that PCM was the ROOT cause for failure of the PCM and, the failed PCM is still good in fact. All was needed was to be sent back to the factory of manufacture or a third party who's got the other tool that flashes the firmware back into the unit thus enabling communication via the OBD port again. Once that's been done, then the flash can take place into memory.
Just be aware that with any flash / reprogramming tool, if you're not certain of what you're doing or, anytime there's a bad connection- the same end result of what you experienced will occur again.
