Default two ?'s!!??

what brand of oil do you all recommend to put in the rear end? I have heard Valvoline and Royal Purple but i am not sure if there is better so i am just wondering. and the second thing is... I have the juiced with attitude and it feels like its not pushing out the power it should be. I am wondering what that could be from too. All the wires are hooked up properly i have checked them many times! thanks!

There was another thread on this topic recently.... I think the consensus was: if you do NOT do towing/hauling, 80/90 is just fine. (and much cheaper....) If you DO, then 75w140 synthetic.... brand is up to you. Someone mentioned an 'off' brand, that was half the price of the valvoline stuff.

Royal Purple is outrageously expensive.

You can get Super Tech by the gallon at Walmart.
The cheap stuff is fine if you change it every 10,000-15,000 miles like I do. I'm sure it would be fine for a while longer than that though.
