What have you replaced?

Offhand, could be o2 sensor, or fuel pressure. Way too many variables here without knowing what you have and haven't done. Check engine light ever come on?

No oxygen sensors? Bad idea. The PCM should be throwing codes galore for that.

Are you absolutely certain that it has no oxygen sensor(s)? You should have a CEL that won't stay gone and a truck that gets really crappy gas mileage if there's no upstream oxygen sensor installed.

i dont have cats and well i do have o2 sensors that were in the cats i had welded spark plug nuts to them so i could put them back in the pipes but it didnt help so they have been unplugged ever since and hasnt affected anything but my gas mileage i get around 8 mpg in town and about 12mpg highway
