If they are the stock length intake manifold bolts, see if there is a bit hanging out on the underside of the head.

Start with direct heat on the bolt, get it as hot as you can, then let it cool for about 2 minutes. Then hit the bolt with some lubricant like pb blaster, wd-40, etc. The lube will cool the bolt rapidly and pull some of the lubrciant down into the threads. It should be much easier to twist out.

If you have a welder, get a washer and tack weld the washer to the bolt thru the inner ring of the washer in a couple spots, then weld a smaller nut to the washer and wrench it out.

The front bolts go all the way thru, into open air. (outside the engine....) What I had to do was drill a hole all the way thru the bolt, then use a torch to burn the rest of it out. If you are careful, you won't damage any of the threads, and can then just run a tap thru it, and down the road you go. The manifold will come off over the broken bolt though..... (I broke both front bolts.... such fun)

Before you get all gonzo with the torch though. grab whats sticking out (once the manifold it out of the way) with a pair of vice grips, DROWN the bolt in chemicals, and rap on it with a hammer while trying to get it to break loose.

You might want to hit the head with a dremel to give it a level surface to drill. If it is broken off at an angle then it's really easy to make such a small drill bit walk right off the bolt.

So you broke it level with the block and there's nothing sticking out after taking the keg off?

Before you drill, use a center punch.

Thats what I'm wondering. I broke a bolt flush with the Keg. Once I got the Keg off, I sprayed it with PB-Blaster and hit the head with my little Hank Hill propane torch. Then I took some cheap Vise-Grips and threaded it out.

If the bolt in question is the bolt that has the bottom threads exposed, as HeyYou said, turn that rascal all the way through and let it fall from the bottom.. you'd need to dremmel a slot in the top of it for a regular screwdriver. The deeper the better.. Once you've exposed enough thread from the bottom, grab it with the vice grips..

which bolt is it anyway? Pictures help, if you can.
