interchangeable. My truck is a 97 and i just bought a door of off newer 2nd gen. It has the newer mirrors.

From what I have seen they are all the same between 1994-2001

I believe quad cab fronts wont work with non quad cabs.

If I remember correctly ths standard cab and club cab are the same. The quad cab is different. The latch is higher on the door and a little shorter or something like that. I looked into it a while ago. I don't exactly remember.

LMC lists them as all the same for all 2nd gens, no matter club cab, quad cab, or standard cab.

quads with half doors have square lower rear corners club cabs (quad cab without half doors) and standards have rounded corners

A search on car-part.com list quad cab seperate from std. and club. Also LMC only has std. and club, not quad.
