i think he'll need the driveshaft from a truck with a 241. the 241 doesn't have a slip yoke so i dont think spline count will be an issue

wait are we talking 241HD?

cant find tape measure but sitting side by side they look like the same length, outputs are both 32 spline and inputs are both 23

yep 241 hd and yes it does have a slip yoke the 241hd i'm referencing is out of a 94 one ton the np231d is out of a 96 1/2 ton

Mine is..... although, I think mine is a 241DHD, or some such.

then i have no idea why i had to get a slip yoke eliminator kit for the 241hd thats in my truck now

wonder if it has to do with bed/truck length? The quadcab/longbeds with the two piece shaft got the non-slip yoke variety?

maybe. both of my 241s came out of trucks out of single cab one tons and neither of them had beds so that could be. if thats so then i should have just bought a non sy one instead of searching for an sye. that sucks. lol
