Exclamation 1996 Ram 1500 5.9 gas won't start

My cooling system was toast so I replaced all of it and she ran fine. The next day I started her up to pull into the garage because the water pump had a slight leak. (gas light was on) After pulling the w-pump and reinstalling it, I reattached hoses and and filled it up. But now when I try to start it, I just get a couple kicks and then the starter just spins. I put a couple gallons of gas in and it still did the same thing. I can tell she wants to start up but just wont. What might have caused it to do such a thing just by pulling the water pump? Would air sucking into the cooling system cause it?

I think water might have frozen in the lines when I flushed them with water, sat outside below freezing, 42 degrees out today and started right up. Dumb mistake... Don't do it anyone
